Head of Careers Consultancy: Susan Goldie.
Susan has over 8 years’ experience in recruitment, organisational development and
careers advisory work. She joined C2 in 2006 from the University of the Arts London.
Prior to this she has worked both in the private and public sector working on recruitment
planning, design and delivery from graduate level right through to senior management.
Susan is always interested to receive feedback on our services.
Consultancy Account Manager: Sarah Rozario.
Sarah joined C2 in August 2009. She spent nine years working within the recruitment marketing sector as a Client Development Manager and managed graduate and experienced hires recruitment advertising and attraction projects for major organisations including Royal Mail Group, Nokia, Staples, GSK, HBOS and Novartis. Her well-honed expertise in project management and commitment to maintaining excellent client relationships means that she is responsible for the project management and delivery of our services.
Careers Consultants: David Winter, Teresa Glover, Katie Dallison, Eric Evans, Saiyada Smith, Irrum Magre.
Our consultants have extensive track records in career guidance and personal development
training, and experience in helping a broad range of clients. They come from different
professional backgrounds and have a breadth of labour market knowledge. All have
postgraduate-level professional qualifications in career guidance.
Information & Research Team: Manager, Lynne Jackson
If it is out there, the Information Team know how to find it. They maintain and update
our resources, and are always on the lookout for new content.
Client Service Administrator: Alison Springate
Alison co-ordinates consultants’ diaries and is the first person most C2 customers
speak to. She will help you with any of your enquiries.

C2 was founded in 1997 and has helped over 3000 people make significant changes in their
careers. We are part of The Careers Group, University of London – a not-for-profit
organisation which provides career services to 18 universities and colleges.
The C2 service was set up to provide a specialised service for graduates and equivalent
level professionals at later stages in their careers. In addition to helping individuals,
we also provide consulting and coaching services to a broad range of organisations.
